Backpackers are designed with a modern unisex fit that is relaxed through hip and thigh and semi fitted through calf and ankle. Please measure the full hip at the hips widest part often across the backside. They can be made with or without cuffs These are like a cozy pair of joggers with a modern fit. We recommend purchasing based on hip size and adding/subtracting inseam as necessary.

Waistband of jersey backpackers is made with elastic to help ensure a pant that stays put. Please include the waist measurement of your child measured just below the belly button for a custom cut elastic band.
