In the picture I am wearing a Small in merino-spandex-jersey. I am 176cm in height and have a head circumference of 57.5cm. For windy weather I actually prefer an XS as it is nice and fitted on my neck.
XSmall: Approximately 30cm (11.5") in height and have a 45cm (17.5") circumference. Fits most approx 2yo to adult.
Small: Approximately 35cm (13.75") in height and have a 50cm (19.5") circumference. Fits most older kids to small/average adults.
Medium: Approximately 35cm (13.75") in height and have a 55cm (21.5) circumference. Fits most average adults.
Large: Approximately 40cm (15.5") in height and have a 57.5cm (22.6") circumference. Fits most larger adults.
